Surprising to most, Animal Control is a "people oriented" service.

Many people that use our services do not even own pets, but are bothered by animals owned by irresponsible pet owners.

Suffering animals cannot call the shelter asking for help; they rely on concerned and caring people to let Animal Control know when a problem exists.
